What a ripoff!! I called them to ask if they change out Fluorescent lightbulbs. Yang told me there would be an 85$ diagnostic fee which would be waived if I agree to all work. Totally understandable. He came out the following day, switched out 2 4ft bulbs on my outdoor sign which could be reached with a ladder as opposed to the boom. He was there less than 30 minutes and charged me $300.00!!!!! THAT IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! He stated he even removed the $85 diagnostic fee. I was still charged $75.00 for “travel time charge” as well as $170.00 in labor. When I asked about the labor fee he told me he charges $85.00 an hour with a MINIMUM Of 2 hours! None of which was stated when I called the day before. I paid 31.50 for 2 bulbs and $250.00 in Frivolous charges. I understand that business hast to charge to come out. I would’ve been happy to pay a reasonable amount but $300 for two lightbulbs is UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Stay away!!!!
