I worked with Will at Dreamline Realty while purchasing a new construction home. After searching for a home on and off for a couple of years, restarting the process multiple times, Will was consistently patient and supportive throughout. He was always available to answer questions, no matter the time of day and never hesitated as we went back and forth between new and resale homes across different areas around Charlotte. His flexibility and professionalism made the entire process much smoother. I would definitely recommend Dreamline Realty to anyone looking for a home.

We had a fantastic experience with Dreamline Realty and our agent, Leah Geerts. We were looking to downsize at some point in the future when we came across the right house in the right neighborhood. This prompted us to inquire about viewing the home. Leah responded to our online request and ended up representing us in the sell of our current home as well as in the purchase of the new home. Dreamline did a great job of marketing our previous home, helping us to set a competitive price, taking beautiful, professional photos, creating virtual tours, and getting our home on the market quickly. We had an offer in less than 3 weeks! We had some twists and turns along the way as we sold one house while buying another, but Leah was always there with us, guiding us and advocating for our best interests. We are so happy with the outcome and we certainly have Dreamline and Leah to thank for that! We have recommended Leah to our friends and we will definitely continue to recommend her and Dreamline to anyone interested in selling and/or buying a home!

Working with Dreamline Realty exceeded our expectations by a large margin. We specially worked with Will on purchasing our second home. Managing a simultaneous sale and purchase is no small task, but he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His market expertise, negotiation skills, and attention to detail were outstanding. He kept us informed, advocated for us at every step, and ensured both transactions closed on time. Will was incredibly organized and always one step ahead. We always felt confident knowing he was doing everything in his power to make our lives easier through this process while navigating through our everyday life with a young child.
